Agreement

Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

Services

Scope of services

Tekovex Studios provides video editing and content creation services including long-form video editing, short-form content editing, thumbnail design, and channel management. The specific scope of each project will be agreed upon prior to commencement.

Delivery timelines

Our standard delivery timelines are:

• Long-form video editing (YouTube, podcasts, vlogs): within 48 hours of receiving complete raw footage
• Short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts): within 24 hours of receiving complete raw footage
• Thumbnail design: within 24 hours of receiving brief and assets
• Channel management tasks: as agreed in the service schedule

Delivery timelines commence upon receipt of all necessary materials from the Client. Delays caused by late or incomplete submissions from the Client will not constitute a failure on our part.

Rush delivery

Rush delivery services are available subject to capacity and may incur additional charges. Rush delivery terms must be agreed in writing before commencement.

Payment

Fees and payment terms

Service fees are agreed upon prior to commencement of each project. Standard payment terms are:

• New clients: 50% deposit required before work begins; remaining 50% upon delivery
• Returning clients: payment upon delivery or as otherwise agreed
• Monthly retainers: invoiced at the start of each billing period

Late payment

Invoices not settled within 14 days of the due date may incur a late payment fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to pause delivery of work on accounts with outstanding overdue balances.

Refund policy

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before commencement, a full refund of the deposit will be issued. If a project is cancelled mid-production, payment is due for work completed to the point of cancellation.

Revisions Policy

We include unlimited revisions on all projects. Our revision policy:

• Revision requests must be submitted in writing
• Each revision round will be completed within the same delivery window as the original project
• Revisions constitute changes to the existing edit; requests that substantially alter the agreed scope may be treated as a new project
• The unlimited revisions policy applies for 14 days following initial delivery

Intellectual Property

Client content

You retain all rights to raw footage, audio, graphics, and other materials you provide ("Client Materials"). By providing Client Materials, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use those materials solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all Client Materials provided, and that such use does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

Delivered work

Upon receipt of full payment, all copyright in the final delivered work transfers to you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-party assets

We may incorporate third-party music, sound effects, fonts, or stock footage licensed for commercial use. You acknowledge that certain third-party licences may have usage restrictions and agree to review any such restrictions before publishing.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information, footage, brand materials, and business details as strictly confidential. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties except as required to deliver services or as required by law.

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide complete and usable raw footage or materials within agreed timelines
• Provide clear and timely feedback on delivered work
• Ensure that all materials provided are free from third-party rights conflicts
• Settle all invoices in accordance with agreed payment terms

Delays or failures in your obligations that impact our ability to deliver services do not constitute a breach of these Terms by Tekovex Studios.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tekovex Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice. Upon termination:

• You are obligated to pay for all work completed to the date of termination
• We will deliver all completed work product to you
• All confidentiality obligations survive termination

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour toward our team, or request work that violates applicable laws or platform terms of service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
